When Lexden took over their current IT Setup we carried out an on-boarding process, exploring Zero Three Care’s current IT Infrastructure, we need to check that the current business tools and processes were fit for purpose and the room for growth was there for the future.
Zero Three Care’s original supplier’s service had dropped in previous months and tickets were left outstanding for too long. We would provide instant responses and support Zero Three Care moving forward with their IT Infrastructure. We provide staff for IT Support during their office hours and weekends. Our monitoring provides them with 24-7 365 days a year managed services for peace of mind.
We implemented a new security system, with dark web monitoring, managed firewall and high level encryption added to all email going in and out of the company. We were able to secure Zero Three Care’s infrastructure to a safe level.
With no disaster recovery in place when we took control, we had to act fast implanting a backup disaster plan that we knew could be used in case of a security breach or malware attack.
